Court Appointed Special Advocates Welcomes Pedelini
LANCASTER, PA (July 19, 2018) – Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lancaster County recently welcomed Guy F. Pedelini, MBA to its board of directors.
Guy is originally from Wilmington, Delaware, but spent 20 years in Hillsborough, NJ, before moving to Lititz in 2017. Guy brings valuable human resource experience and expertise, as well as a passion for our community. Both he and his wife Julie are the founders of the Central Jersey Adoption Support Group and are activists for adoption. The Pedelini’s have seen the profound impact local nonprofits can provide in a community. In explaining why he decided to join the board, Guy replies, “The CASA program provides services that have a direct and measurable impact to our local community, I am honored and excited to have been selected to the board of this great organization.”
Currently, Guy is President of Double Black Human Capital Solutions, LLC, a full service human capital service provider. Previously, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Dialogic, Incorporated. His is skilled in Global Human Capital Compliance, international law, employee and labor relations, performance management, and organizational and leadership development.
Guy is a compassionate, creative, giving and energetic individual. The moment the board met him, we knew we would be lucky to have him,” said CASA Executive Director Jessica Laspino. “His experience and business development skills will be very valuable to our program.
